amazing condo, we'll furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. easy host to work with and property manager was so helpful with any issues we had or requests. loved having access to the loungers on the beach, and all the pools. would 110% recommend this unit!!!

Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa en Puerto Vallarta, condominio Grand Venetian.El señor Jasem, el señor Andrés, Ale y todo el equipo nos dieron una atención especial y la información necesaria en todo momento.El depa tiene todos los utensilios necesarios, es súper completo, la limpieza es impecable, pintura y muebles nuevos, recámaras amplias y silencioso.Hay muchas reglas para disfrutar del apartamento, pero son estándares de educación y coexistencia, permitiendo que todo funcione perfectamente.El Uber lo tomamos tras recorrer cien metros y cruzar el puente peatonal.El uso de pulseras de silicona es obligatorio y en caso de extravío se impone una multa de 2000 pesos mexicanos, derivado de las reglas del condominio.Nuestra familia agradece la atención y el apoyo brindados durante nuestra estancia. Overall we really liked the place.
I stayed here with my wife and two young kids. The property is beautiful and feels upscale, but it’s a bit far from shops and restaurants. You’ll need a Didi or Uber, and it’s a 15 - 20-minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The patio jacuzzi works more like a soaking tub - you fill it with hot water, but it doesn’t stay hot, so you’ll need to refill it each time. Security is tight, with staff checking your tower, room number, and wristbands at all entrances. The pools are nice, though we saw some slime on day one. After that, a pool cleaner came daily, and it looked great. There aren’t many kid-friendly activities besides the pool and beach. There’s a water park at the hotel next door, but it's restricted to the hotel's guests only, which was tough for our kids since they saw it from the pool every day. Overall we really liked the place. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

With the central location it was easy to get around via public bus and Uber.
