We can’t wait to come back.
It’s a bit of luxury tucked into the buzz of the romantic zone. But, quiet. We were both shocked that you get such a quiet oasis with so much going on around you. Rooftop pool is a 10/10 and all the staff are wonderful. Check-in and all communication was a breeze. We can’t wait to come back.

My first time staying with Jaden- Vallera Homes and it was a seamless stay. Great checkin, the unit was cozy and as pictured, and the y checked in often to make sure I was safe and having a good time in PV. I will definitely be back.
Truly wonderful location
Truly wonderful location - Pier 57 is probably the best choice in Zona Romantica - within 2 blocks from Los Muertos, absolutely amazing view from the rooftop which we found to be the best place for sunset in town. The unit itself was lovely, the big balcony is a great feature, and the flexible setting that allows either a totally open floor or a more specific bedroom/living room layout is smart and fun. This is a great listing at the best possible buliding and we are sure to come back!
The location was amazing,
We had a wonderful time staying at Jasem’s condo it was fantastic inside and out. The pool area was great with fantastic loving bar service, towel service and private cabanas. The view from the infinity pool is spectacular and we took views in as much as possible and we didn’t want to leave. Jasem delivered on his promises and we would definitely go back again. Thank you Jasem for having us. The location was amazing, as we walked down to beaches, restaurants, malecon and old parts of Vallarta. Can’t wait to go back again.

Everything was amazing right off the bat. The place was beautiful and right in the middle of Zona Romantica. Perfect location if you love the beach, great food, and awesome shops. Jasem and Andres were both amazing. They made check in/out easy and helped us with an item we left on our way out. ALSO THE POOL IS A MUST!!! It was beautiful and the staff/bartenders were awesome. Could not recommend more and we can’t wait to stay here again!!!
